We Were at ABGF Malaysia 2026!
Playmaker was proud to be part of the Asia Board Game Festival (ABGF) Malaysia 2026, one of the biggest board game events in the region. We had the chance to showcase some exciting new titles — and the great news is, they're all now available in our webstore! Here's a look at what we brought to the show.

A quirky trading game where garbage is currency! Trash Traders is full of laughs and clever deal-making — one of the crowd favourites at our ABGF booth.
2. The Screaming Prime Marmot

6. War of Beauty 美人大戰
An elegant and competitive card game inspired by ancient beauty rivalries. War of Beauty drew admiring crowds at ABGF with its stunning visuals and sharp gameplay.
7. Teh Tarik Game
A homegrown Malaysian gem! The Teh Tarik Game was a massive hit at ABGF, celebrating local culture in the most fun way possible. A must-have for every Malaysian household.
8. Pilgrim Poker
A clever blend of poker mechanics and adventure storytelling. Pilgrim Poker attracted a dedicated crowd at the festival who kept coming back for more rounds.
9. Restoration / Phục Dựng
A thoughtful and beautifully designed game about rebuilding and renewal. Restoration was one of the more contemplative titles at our ABGF showcase and left a lasting impression.
10. Always a Bridesmaid
A hilarious party game about wedding chaos and bridesmaid drama. Always a Bridesmaid was an instant crowd-pleaser at ABGF — perfect for groups and parties.
11. Yokai: Hyakki Hakko
Dive into the world of Japanese folklore with Yokai: Hyakki Hakko. This atmospheric and strategic game was a favourite among fans of thematic games at the festival.
