Important D2C Shipping & Fulfilment Information

Playmaker D2C orders are fulfilled directly by Imagine Games. As a result, these orders follow a separate shipping schedule and fee structure from regular Playmaker orders.

Shipping Fees
Orders below RM100: RM10
Orders from RM101 to RM300: RM20
Orders from RM301 to RM500: RM40
Orders above RM500: RM50

All D2C orders are dispatched every Monday. Customers in Penang may also choose self-collection to avoid shipping charges.

Please Note Before Ordering
D2C games are not supplied in shrink wrap.
As these orders are fulfilled by Imagine Games, Playmaker’s usual shipping arrangements do not apply.
Imagine Games & Playmaker will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during delivery.
If your game contains missing or defective components, please contact the game’s publisher directly for replacement assistance.
